$50,000 REWARD
HIS son was executed with a bullet to the back of the head more than 14-years ago, but Edmund Bachman is refusing to give up hope that his son Heinrich's killer will be caught. The 42-year-old, father of one was mysteriously killed in his Pontiac MI, home, which showed no signs of forced entry and although one draw had been ransacked, no signs of robbery either.
As a result cops believe he was murdered by someone he knew, possibly someone who knew he kept a spare key hidden under a brick outside.
German born, Edmund Bachman, 81, will never forget the day he discovered his son's body after going round to find out why he hadn't shown up for work.  He recalled to the Daily Tribune: “As I walked in through the house toward the living room, the television was on, the lights were on inside, and he was laying on the floor.”
“It is very important for us to find out who it is, so maybe we can rest easier.
We’re hoping to maybe have peace, someday.”

As a result he is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of his son's killer.
Troy police Lt. Bob Redmond said: “The investigation is always ongoing. We never quit investigating murder cases.”
Additionally, CrimeStoppers is offering a $2,500 reward.
