WHO MURDERED Linda K. Woodruff? The 28-year-old store clerk was shot to death during what may have been a robbery gone awry at a Kwick Pick store in in Madisonville, Kentucky on this date in 1979. She had been working in the store alone in the store. No money was taken and for 32 years, the case has been a mystery and getting colder with each passing year.
