SICK TIMOTHY KRAJCIR SUSPECTED IN '82 PA. SEX SLAY

EVIL TIMOTHY Krajcir was Dexter before Dexter. Now in prison forever for a series of murders in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, he is being eyed for other killings around the country. One of them is the 1982 rape murder in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. Barbara Solt, 27, was a popular phys. ed. teacher found dead Nov. 17, 1982 by her school principal. She had been stabbed a dozen times and raped. No signs of robbery. Neighbors heard nothing.
A search of sex fiends whose MO matched led them to Bad Timmy--then a 38-year-old Allentown man
recently busted on a trio of sex assault beefs. He had already been certified as sexually dangerous. But Bad Timmy denied knowing anything when questioned by detectives. His polygraph test bizarrely failed to register a reading of any kid. Fast forward 20 years: Krajcir would make a chilling confession to an investigator who had tracked him down through a DNA match that solved a 1982 murder case there. MELISSA HASKELL SMOTHERED BABY IN '92: COPS

FOR NEARLY 20 years a Pennsylvania woman got away with murder but on Monday, her run from justice came to an end. Melissa Haskell, 38, of Bridgeport was charged with third-degree murder in the death of Ryan Baurley, who was just 5-months-old in 1992.
The baby's dad Michael said of the arrest: "The very recent developments in this investigation has once again ripped open the wounds that are very difficult to heal for our family."

Haskell was Ryan's babysitter from the time he was a month old, was alone with him in his family's home when he died Aug. 26, 1992. Then
19, Haskell told cops she found the baby unresponsive in the crib and the coroner concluded Ryan died of sudden infant death syndrome. But in April, cops got a tip that Haskell smothered the baby. They then taped her describing the cold-hearted murder.
She had been fighting heroin withdrawal and couldn't handle the crying baby and became frustrated.
A police source said: "She was having trouble caring for the child and she was not able to deal with the child crying and a typical infant behavior because of her own personal difficulties."

LET'S FIND CREEPY CHILD MOLESTER REX REICHERT

MEET DIRTY REX. As child molesters go, Rex Reichert is pretty brutal and the FBI would live to see him brought to justice. The 65-year-old pervert is wanted for thesexual abuse of two jboys, 14 and 10,  in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Reichert had cared for the boys while a relative was receiving medical treatment. The boys also visited him on weekends and accompanied him on camping trips. On September 28, 1990, Reichert was charged with criminal attempt with intent to commit the crime of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal solicitation with the intent of promoting or facilitating the commissions of the crime of involuntary sexual intercourse, indecent assault, corruption of a minor, and endangering the welfare of children by the Collegeville Police Department, Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 31, 1992, a federal arrest warrant was obtained for Reichert after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Creepy Rex is 5'10", 150 lbs., with gray hair and gray eyes. He wears wire rimmed glasses and often keeps his hair in a ponytail (hello, central casting!) He is skilled in electronics and may be employed as a technician. If you have any information call the FBI or your local police department.

CHRISTY ANN MIRACK CASE HAS VEXED FBI SINCE '92

FOR ALMOST 20 years the cold case murder has vexed the FBI and local law enforcement. Just days before Christmas, Christy Ann Mirack was raped and murdered. It was Dec. 21, 1992 and the pretty young teacher in Lancaster, PA. was looking forward to the break--even though she loved her job.
Her brother Vince said: "Since she was a little girl, that's all she wanted to do. Be a school teacher. She loved the kids. I just know that she always liked to put a smile on their faces. She enjoyed teaching the kids."
On that sad December day in 1992, the dedicated teacher failed to show up for work. When her boss went to check on her, he was sickened. She had been beaten strangled and raped. No signs of forced entry.  According to cops, there was no shortage of persons of interest. It's believed the crime was committed
by a white male driving a white vehicle with black louvers covering the rear window--possibly a Dodge Daytona.
 According to a local paper: The family's main goal has been to keep the story in the public's eye. The family went so far as to set up a billboard in Lancaster. In 2007, Vince set up a Web site, www.lindyandchristy.com, dedicated not only to his sister's murder, but to the murder of another young woman in Lancaster, Lindy Biechler, who was killed in her apartment Dec. 5, 1975.
Vince adds: "Somebody knows something."
